The re-arranged Silchester Village Hall Charity Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 21st March 2022 @ 7.30pm in the Village Hall Club Room. The meeting can be attended in person or via Zoom, the details of which are in the March edition of Silchester News.
The meeting is open to all residents of the area of benefit which is Silchester and those living within half a mile of Silchester Parish Boundary. All residents of this area are entitled to vote. This is where the Trustees review the previous year, lay out the future plans and present the accounts for the previous financial year as well as electing / re-electing the Trustees.
Social nibbles and beverages will be provided after the meeting
