The Chairman hereby summons the Councillors to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting of Silchester Parish Council, to be held on Monday 31st October 2022.
The meeting is convened to discuss a confidential matter, whereby the public and press will be excluded under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.
